I wanted to share with you that I am gainfully employed full time! All the work you did with me paid off. All the conversations about what works and does not, paid off. Every class I took made a difference, and I took everyone offered. That class on excel that was just to add to my credential is the one class that put me over the others for the job. I am the Dental Hygiene Coordinator for Gentle Dental. It is an office job, non-clinical and I oversee 100 hygienists. Thank you very much!

After attending your seminar I got back into my LinkedIn account and updated my profile and joined three groups. In less than two weeks I was contacted by a Texas based company, interviewed with their CEO. I accepted a position as a Construction Manager with Turner Construction in Malta, NY and started 8/19. This again illustrates the importance of social networking. I am updating my profile to reflect the latest change. Thank you!

I am writing to inform you that I landed a Senior Application Engineer position with MicroChem located in Newton. My starting date is tomorrow, Dec 2. During the five months out of work, I've learned a great deal about the job search process and made many new friends along the way. In hindsight, my unemployment experience was very positive as I've really gained a lot, and all of that has made me stronger professionally. The classes that I have taken from the Employment & Training Resource Career Center were very helpful and the staff was very supportive. So I am writing to personally thank you for your excellent instructions in Resume Development, Avoiding the Black Hole, and Using Age to Advantage classes.
