LIFT² is especially designed for those who are excited about the prospect of helping students make the connection between STEM curriculum and authentic and relevant industry applications.

 

Teachers who join our program represent a diverse spectrum of Math, Science and Engineering/Technology classroom settings and curriculum. They are enthusiastic about developing new skills to effectively apply technology to teaching and learning of STEM subjects.

 

 

Primary requirements for participation in the program...

Foundation level ability in computer use for personal productivity.

Placement in an industry externship.

Recommendation by School Principal/Administrator.

Payment of $200 education fee upon acceptance into an externship.

 

 

Private sector support is substantial and places professional responsibility upon the participating teachers, program managers, and service providers to demonstrate successful outcomes for both teachers and students.
