Students learn by observing workers daily routines and activities

 

Sponsor Career Days and Job Fairs

Send representatives to meet with young people and explain the opportunities with your company

 

Sponsor a Teacher Externship

Employer provides training, skills and knowledge to inform teachers about their workplace so that relevant information can then be introduced into classroom work

 

Provide a Speaker

Describe occupation, necessary preparation, required knowledge and other topical information

 

Provide a Mentor

Develop a formal relationship between a young person and an on-site role model that provides support and encouragement
